Meet Molly

A resident of Manhattan Beach for over three decades, Molly is deeply committed to the community. She’s a member of the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce and sits on the board of the Downtown Manhattan Beach Business Association. The California native is also a fourth-generation real estate broker who leads The Hobin Company, a real estate firm founded by her great-grandfather in 1925.

 

A licensed, full-time California agent since 1981, Molly is a real estate industry veteran whose vast experience encompasses both residential and commercial sales, as well as residential luxury leasing throughout Manhattan Beach, Palm Desert, and the entire South Bay. Whether she’s representing large office space users, first-time homebuyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, or renters of luxury homes, she goes above and beyond to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

 

Molly developed a keen interest and passion for real estate as a teenager while working part-time for The Hobin Company. She passed the California real estate exam at the age of 17, became a licensed agent at 18, and completed her first real estate deal as a high-school senior — when she sold her grandmother’s house, which helped fund her freshman year at UCLA. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, Molly launched a successful career in commercial real estate, working for major commercial firms in the greater Los Angeles area. In 2010, she re-launched The Hobin Company with her mother.

 

Molly is actively involved in many charitable and real estate industry-related organizations, including the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group, the Ziman Center for Real Estate at UCLA, the Junior League of Los Angeles, Neptunian Woman’s Club, and Kure It Cancer Research. An avid skier, golfer, and world traveler, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and business partner, Tom, and their English Lab, Bailey, who also serves as The Hobin Company mascot.
