When Beth Sydow-Peterson was driving to the University of California, Los Angeles for the first time, she was captivated by all the architecture on Wilshire Boulevard. Suddenly, everything clicked: she had to pursue a career in real estate. Beth went on to attend UCLA, and after graduation, she dove headfirst into the real estate industry.
Beth’s first transaction was a luxury deal for film industry executives, and she went on to specialize in commercial real estate for the next three decades. Beth has extensive experience in landlord representation, property management, and real estate investment trusts. She has leased, managed, and marketed office properties and multifamily homes throughout the Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, and Orange County markets, and she understands the finer points of the closing process.

Beth has an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, and she pays attention to every detail, every step of the way. Her strong work ethic, marketing expertise, and commitment to personal excellence give her clients a competitive edge in a cutthroat market.
